Made turkey chorizo tacos with some beans and some reduced fat sour cream. The tortillas are low carb so they dont have a lot of calories 25 a piece. I love this kind of meal its very tasty and lean. There was also squash and bell peppers in the mixture.

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

    Warm the low-carb tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 30 seconds.

    Assemble the tacos by placing the turkey chorizo mixture on each tortilla and topping with a dollop of reduced-fat sour cream.
