Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • 2.

    In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, mashed chickpeas, chopped green beans, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • 3.

    Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  • 4.

    Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • 5.

    Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  • 6.

    Serve warm with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
