Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • 2.

    In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • 3.

    Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  • 4.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

  • 5.

    Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

  • 6.

    Serve the meatballs in whole grain wraps with your choice of mustard or low-calorie mayo, alongside baby carrots.
