Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  • 4.

    Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

    While the meatballs are baking, cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.

  • 6.

    Steam or roast the broccoli until tender.

    Once the meatballs are done, toss them in sugar-free BBQ sauce.

    Serve the meatballs over jasmine rice with a side of broccoli.
