Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese (if using), egg, garlic, onion, spinach, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
3.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
4.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes.
5.
Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
6.
Serve with a side of whole grain bread and your favorite veggies.
