Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
4.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
6.
Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
7.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked egg noodles.

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups marinara sauce (low-sugar)
9.
2 cups cooked egg noodles (preferably whole grain)
10.
1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
