Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Add chopped spinach to the mixture for added fiber and mix until well combined.
4.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
6.
While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
7.
Serve the meatballs with the marinara sauce on top.
