Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, rolled oats, grated carrots, chopped cauliflower, chopped lettuce, Swiss cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined (5 minutes).

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter (5 minutes).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through (10 minutes).
4.
Serve warm with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
