Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
4.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
5.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare your wraps. Spread olive oil mayo and mustard on each whole grain wrap.
6.
Layer with spinach, a slice of provolone cheese, and the baked turkey meatballs.
7.
Wrap tightly and serve with baby carrots on the side.

1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

9.
4 whole grain wraps
10.
4 slices low-fat provolone cheese
11.
2 tbsp olive oil mayo
12.
2 tbsp mustard
13.
2 cups baby spinach
14.
2 cups baby carrots
