Instructions
1.
1. Cook the chickpea pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, spray olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the turkey sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet, cooking until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Stir in the lemon juice, zest, and half-and-half, mixing well to combine.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil and Parmesan cheese before serving.
