Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach and shredded cabbage.

Add the diced turkey breast and halved grapes to the bowl.

Sprinkle the chopped mixed nuts over the salad.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
5.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
6.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
