Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded carrots, diced red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
2.
Add the sliced or shredded turkey and sunflower seeds to the bowl.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
4.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
5.
Top with crushed almond thins for added crunch just before serving.
