Instructions
1.
Prepare the turkey bacon according to package instructions until crispy (about 5-7 minutes).
2.
While the bacon cooks, wash and dry the lettuce leaves and spinach (if using).
3.
In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey with the light cream cheese until well combined.
4.
Once the bacon is ready, crumble it into the turkey mixture.
5.
Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate and spoon the turkey mixture onto each leaf.
6.
Top with halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle with light ranch dressing.
7.
Fold the lettuce leaves over the filling to create a wrap and enjoy!

8 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter lettuce)
2.
8 oz turkey breast, cooked and shredded
3.
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
4.
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
5.
4 oz light cream cheese (like Aldi's version of Laughing Cow)
6.
1/4 cup light ranch dressing
7.
1 cup fresh spinach (optional for added fiber)
