Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, diced red bell pepper, shredded carrots, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
2.
Add the chopped lettuce and crumbled feta cheese on top.
3.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice if desired, and season with freshly ground black pepper.
4.
Toss all ingredients together until well mixed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
