Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, kale, shredded cabbage, and grated carrots. (5 minutes)
2.
Add the chopped low sodium deli turkey, sunflower seeds, and almonds to the bowl. (2 minutes)
3.
Drizzle the low-fat dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly. (3 minutes)
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
