Salad with deli turkey dried blueberries chopped almonds Apples and natural peanut butter on the side Im substitute teaching today and I forgot the salad dressing! Oops. Maybe the other ingredients will still make it flavorful

Even without the salad dressing the combination of deli turkey dried blueberries and chopped almonds in your salad along with apples and natural peanut butter on the side sounds like a flavorful and nutritious meal! How was it?

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach and mixed greens.

  • 2.

    Add the sliced deli turkey on top of the greens.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle the dried blueberries and chopped almonds over the salad.

  • 4.

    Add the diced apple for a sweet crunch.

  • 5.

    Drizzle with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

  • 6.

    Serve with a side of natural peanut butter for dipping or drizzling.

    4 cups fresh spinach and mixed greens

    2 cups deli turkey, sliced

    1/2 cup dried blueberries (unsweetened)

  • 4.
