“2 cups ice tea 2 slices of Turkey ( rolled around 2 tbs non fat cream cheese mashed w/ 2 tbs dried cranberries 4 fresh pea pods 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 small bunch grapes.”

Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the non-fat cream cheese and dried cranberries. Mix until well blended. (2 minutes)
2.
Lay out the turkey slices and spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each slice. (3 minutes)
3.
Roll the turkey slices tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary. (2 minutes)
4.
On a plate, arrange the turkey rolls, fresh pea pods, cottage cheese, and grapes. (3 minutes)
5.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. (2 minutes)
