Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, shredded turkey, and black beans.

If using, add diced tomatoes and cucumber for extra flavor and nutrients.
3.
Drizzle the low-fat dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4.
Top with chopped nuts for added crunch and healthy fats, if desired.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
