“This was leftovers Corn tortillas with lean ground turkey salsa and vegetables. There was a half a serving of cheese and a dollop of reduced fat sour cream. This meal made me feel really good I enjoyed it and I find it satisfying. There was nothing I struggled with at this time.”

“Good job Lauren on completing your first fiber and lean protein-rich lunch this week. Youre making strides towards your goal of having four such meals in a week. Keep this momentum going! Your lunch with corn tortillas lean ground turkey salsa and vegetables sounds delicious and well-balanced! The lean protein from the turkey and the fiber from the vegetables are great choices that will keep you satisfied for longer. The reduced fat sour cream is a smart addition for a bit of healthy fat. Remember to stay hydrated throughout the day its just as important as your meal.”
