The turkey wrap with baby carrots sounds like a delicious and nutritious lunch choice. Remember variety is the spice of life so feel free to experiment with other fiber-rich foods like spinach or whole grains. Keep up the good work!

Instructions

  • 1.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.

  • 2.

Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus or Greek yogurt on each tortilla.

  • 3.

Layer the spinach or mixed greens evenly on top of the hummus.

  • 4.

Add the sliced turkey breast, bell peppers, and shredded carrots.

  • 5.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 6.

Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
