Instructions
1.
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
2.
Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus or Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
3.
Layer the spinach or mixed greens evenly on top of the hummus.
4.
Add the sliced turkey breast, bell peppers, and shredded carrots.
5.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.
Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
7.
Slice the wrap in half and serve with baby carrots on the side.
