Whole grain bread all the way! Some nice protein with the bologna and loads of fiber great choice.

Instructions

  • 1.

    Lay out 4 slices of whole grain bread on a clean surface.

  • 2.

    Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mustard on each slice.

  • 3.

    Layer 2 slices of bologna on each piece of bread.

  • 4.

    Top with shredded lettuce, sliced onion, and pickles.

  • 5.

    Cover with the remaining slices of bread to complete the sandwiches.

  • 6.

    Cut each sandwich in half and serve with cubed watermelon on the side.
