Instructions
1.
Lay out 4 slices of whole grain bread on a clean surface.
2.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mustard on each slice.
3.
Layer 2 slices of bologna on each piece of bread.
4.
Top with shredded lettuce, sliced onion, and pickles.
5.
Cover with the remaining slices of bread to complete the sandwiches.
6.
Cut each sandwich in half and serve with cubed watermelon on the side.
