Instructions
1.
1. Start by laying out the slices of whole grain bread on a clean surface.

2. On four slices, layer the sliced ham evenly.
3.
3. Add a slice of low-fat cheddar cheese on top of the ham.
4.
4. Place halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach on top of the cheese.
5.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.
6. Top with the remaining slices of bread to complete the sandwiches.
7.
7. Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
