Instructions
1.
1. Start by laying out 4 slices of whole grain bread on a clean surface.
2.
2. Spread a thin layer of mustard or hummus on each slice if desired.
3.
3. Layer the lean protein slices evenly on top of the bread.
4.
4. Add a generous handful of fresh spinach and a few slices of tomato on top of the protein.
5.
5. Top with the remaining slices of bread to complete the sandwich.
6.
6. Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately, or wrap them for later.
