Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for the baked potato fries. (5 minutes)
2.
Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through. (20 minutes)
3.
While the fries are baking, grill or pan-fry the Beyond Burgers according to package instructions. (6-8 minutes)
4.
Toast the whole wheat buns lightly on a skillet or in the oven. (2-3 minutes)
5.
Assemble the burgers by spreading Veganaise on the bottom bun, adding the cooked burger, followed by lettuce and tomato slices. (5 minutes)
6.
Serve the burgers with baked potato fries on the side.
