Instructions
1.
Cook the whole wheat penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground turkey, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and spinach.

Add the Bolthouse Greek yogurt dressing and mix well until all ingredients are coated.
4.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
