Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each whole wheat tortilla.

Top each tortilla with shredded cheese, mushrooms, red onions, yellow bell peppers, and diced tomatoes.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

While the pizza is baking, prepare the salad by mixing diced avocado, tomatoes, red onions, and olives in a bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing. Serve with the salad on the side.
