Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding it with two forks.
4.
In the same skillet, add the cauliflower rice and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Serve the shredded adobo chicken over the garlic cauliflower rice, garnished with fresh parsley and sliced strawberries on the side.
