Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, snap peas, bell peppers, cooked chicken (or tofu), green onions, and cilantro. (5 minutes)

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined. (3 minutes)

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are coated. (2 minutes)
4.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired, and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. (5 minutes)
