Instructions
1.
1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, shredded carrots, cooked lentils, and sliced almonds. Toss gently to mix.

2. In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs over medium heat until the whites are set and the yolk is cooked to your preference. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Cook the protein pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, warm the homemade tomato sauce over low heat.
5.
5. To serve, place a portion of the salad on each plate, add a serving of protein pasta, and top with the cooked egg. Drizzle with tomato sauce.

1 cup homemade tomato sauce (low-sugar)
