Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped green leaf lettuce, diced avocado, diced ham, sliced onion, and diced tomatoes.

2. Gently fold in the sliced pickled eggs and crumbled feta cheese.

3. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the salad for added crunch.

4. Drizzle the Greek vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
