Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs until well coated.

Spread the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

While the wings are baking, pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes until tender.

In the last 10 minutes of baking, add the broccolini to the baking sheet, drizzling with a little olive oil and seasoning.

Once everything is cooked, serve the wings with the sweet potato topped with ricotta and the broccolini on the side.
