Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

4. Stir in broccoli, zucchini, and cabbage, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

5. Pour in soy sauce, stirring to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve over cooked brown rice.
