Instructions
1.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3.
Stir in the broccoli florets and soy sauce. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
4.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the beef and broccoli mixture over cooked brown rice, topped with kimchi.
