Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3.
Add the sliced flank steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
4.
Stir in the broccoli, bell pepper, onion, and carrots. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5.
Pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chia seeds before serving.
