For dinner I had a bowl of steak strips brussel sprouts (with no butter I decided last minute) avocado hemp hearts and I drizzled sugar free honey Dijon dressing ontop. I got the meal idea from plugging all my foods into chatgpt along with the criteria of high lean protein + high fiber.
