“For dinner I had a bowl of steak strips brussel sprouts (with no butter I decided last minute) avocado hemp hearts and I drizzled sugar free honey Dijon dressing ontop. I got the meal idea from plugging all my foods into chatgpt along with the criteria of high lean protein + high fiber.”

“Your dinner sounds delicious and well-balanced! The steak strips provide lean protein while the brussel sprouts and avocado are great sources of fiber. The hemp hearts add a nice touch of healthy fats. The sugar-free honey Dijon dressing is a smart choice to keep the meal flavorful without adding unnecessary sugars. Good job Brittany!”
Instructions
1.
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
