Instructions
1.
1. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.

2. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

3. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them sunny-side up or to your preference.

4. While the eggs are cooking, warm the refried beans in a small pot over low heat.

5. Slice the avocado and prepare the sour cream.

6. To assemble, place a portion of refried beans on each plate, top with sliced steak, eggs, avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.
