Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
3.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4.
Add the shredded carrots and green vegetables, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
5.
Finally, stir in the chopped kale and cook until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
6.
Serve the beef and vegetable mixture over cooked brown rice.
