This was my lunch. A hamburger patty & salad. Then I also had my left over steak from last night. Everything was soooo good! I struggled with stopping when I was full. I did eat all of it.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 2.

    Once the beef is cooked, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese, about 2 minutes.

  • 3.

    In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber, and shredded carrots.

  • 4.

    Top the salad with the cooked beef patties and drizzle with ranch dressing.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately and enjoy your Healthy Beef Burger Salad!
