Instructions

  • 1.

    1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

    2. Add the beef cubes to the pot, browning them on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).

    3. Stir in the carrots, peas, corn, and barley, mixing well.
