Instructions

  • 1.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (about 2 minutes).

    Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • 3.

    Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.

  • 4.

    Add broccoli florets and soy sauce, stir-frying for another 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.

  • 5.

    Serve the beef and broccoli hot, alongside cottage cheese and applesauce.
