Instructions

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring the meat is well coated.
3.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cabbage, and carrots.
4.
Top the salad with the cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
5.
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
