Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the black beans, mixed salad greens, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, and diced avocado.

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.

    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

  • 4.

    Cook the lean burger patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

    Serve the salad topped with the cooked burger patties and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
