Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.
Add broccoli and carrots, cooking for 5 minutes until they start to soften.
4.
Stir in peas and corn, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
5.
Add the cooked chicken (or tofu) and lemon juice, mixing well.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
7.
Serve warm and enjoy your healthy broccoli and carrots dish!

1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced (or tofu for a vegetarian option)
