Instructions
1.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3.
Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in shredded cabbage and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
5.
Add steamed broccoli and soy sauce, mixing well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6.
Serve over cooked brown rice, topped with cashews and sesame seeds.
