Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat (about 5 minutes).
2.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.

Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

While the patties are cooking, slice the cabbage into thick rounds and grill or sauté them for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
5.
Once the patties are cooked, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover until melted (about 1-2 minutes).
6.
Assemble the salad by placing a cabbage round on a plate, topping it with a cheeseburger patty, followed by tomato slices, pickles, and a drizzle of ketchup.
7.
Repeat for the remaining servings and enjoy!
