Instructions
1.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2.
While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad base by placing the mixed lettuce in a large bowl.
3.
Once the beef is cooked, let it cool slightly before adding it to the salad bowl.
4.
Add the cherry tomatoes, dill pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese to the salad.
5.
Drizzle the low-calorie salad dressing over the top and toss gently to combine.
6.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled salad.

4 cups mixed lettuce (romaine, spinach, or your choice)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
