Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3.
Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
4.
Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle the low-fat cheese over the top.
5.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
6.
Serve the cheesy broccoli alongside the grilled chicken slices.
