Instructions
1.
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, red bell pepper, cauliflower, and black olives.

2. Add the diced ham and cubed cheese to the bowl.

3. Drizzle the low-fat ranch dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
