Instructions
1.
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
2.
In a large skillet, heat a small amount of water or broth over medium heat.
3.
Add the diced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4.
Add the broccoli florets and green beans to the skillet. Cover and steam for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in the butter until melted. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over the rice.
