Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.
Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4.
Stir in the cooked chicken and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
5.
Serve over cooked brown rice, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
